Mono Clones are indie rock raconteurs whose vision is to cram as many words as possible into verses without starting to sound like an auctioneer on steroids, and then place strategic short hooky choruses to be able to breathe. Pushed into isolation by the lockdown, Bruno Le Roc embraced the challenge of learning every aspect of music production, from the blank page to the final song, playing all instruments, mixing, mastering and everything in between. Cloning himself into a multitasking machine has yielded a collection of contemporary indie rock songs infused with a hint of retro flavours, addressing the intricacies of love and relationships, its highs and especially its lows, often linked to the blunders of an incorrigible charmer who is frequently characterised with a touch of self-deprecating humour
