Oficina de Roda de Oleiro e Modelação Cerâmica entre o Mar e a Serra de Sintra!

Nesta pequena jornada de criação consciente, vamos conectar-nos com a terra e suas energias primordiais. A modelação do barro permite-nos expressar as nossas emoções e intenções de forma tangível e criativa! 

Vamos experenciar a magia do barro numa tarde divertida e criativa com o som do mar da Praia Grande lá ao fundo no céu da linda serra de Sintra :)

O workshop desenvolve-se em 3 partes que se interligam ao longo das 3 horas que iremos trabalhar o barro tanto na roda de oleiro, como à mão:

1|  Introdução à Cerâmica e Olaria
2| Técnicas de modelação do barro à mão
3| Técnicas de modelação do barro na Roda de Oleiro

Poderás escolher entre as tuas criações 2 pecas que serão vidradas e cozidas.

Sobre AMA Cerâmica:

"Ana Margarida tem as suas origens na bela geografia de Sintra, entre a serra e o mar. As artes e a natureza desde cedo a encantaram, despertando uma curiosidade sem fim.
Estudou arquitetura no Instituto Superior Técnico. Apaixonada pela Bioconstrução, colaborou com o Atelier Terra Palha, mantendo em paralelo um percurso formativo em pintura, fotografia e cerâmica.
Em 2021, mudou-se para Portalegre para participar numa formação intensiva em Olaria de Nisa. Junto aos mestres oleiros, a sua paixão pela roda de oleiro floresce e decide fundir todos os outros temas que a definem e desafiam ao barro, sendo esta a matéria prima com a qual vai moldar os seus sonhos.
Em 2022, materializa o seu sonho - projecto: AMA Cerâmica."

AMA Ceramics | Pottery Wheel and Ceramic Modeling Workshop between the Sea and Sintra Mountains!

In this small journey of conscious creation, we will connect with the earth and its primordial energies. Clay modeling allows us to express our emotions and intentions in a tangible and creative way!

We will experience the magic of clay in a fun and creative afternoon with the sound of the sea from Praia Grande in the beautiful Sintra mountains sky :)

The workshop is divided into 3 parts that interconnect throughout the 3 hours we will work with clay, both on the pottery wheel and by hand:

1| Introduction to Ceramics and Pottery
2| Clay modeling techniques by hand
3| Clay modeling techniques on the Pottery Wheel

You can choose 2 pieces from your creations that will be glazed and fired.

About AMA Ceramics:

"Ana Margarida has her roots in the beautiful geography of Sintra, between the mountains and the sea. Arts and nature have fascinated her from an early age, awakening an endless curiosity.

She studied architecture at the Instituto Superior Técnico. Passionate about Bioconstruction, she collaborated with Atelier Terra Palha, while also pursuing training in painting, photography, and ceramics.

In 2021, she moved to Portalegre to participate in an intensive training in Nisa Pottery. Alongside master potters, her passion for the pottery wheel flourishes, and she decides to merge all the other topics that define and challenge her into clay, which becomes the raw material with which she shapes her dreams.

In 2022, she materializes her dream - AMA Ceramics project."
