OUR VOICE AS A MEDICINE
In this intensive workshop we will explore our voice as a medicine, a healing force.
If everything is vibration and everything is vibrating then what can be a better way to connect and communicate other then with vibration itself.
Sound is the very first manifestation of vibration which makes it probably one of the best ways to communicate with it, the only thing is how to do so in a way that promotes harmony and well being within our system and beyond.
For that matter, our voice would be a very efficient tool for communicating with our and others vibrations, as it does anyway, naturally.
Our voice being the combination of breath and sound, bringing the pure life force of breath and the uniqueness of our humanely sound into one very powerful healing device, a deep natural medicine.
In this intensive workshop we will explore the Physical, Mental and Spiritual aspects of the voice medicine, the combination of that which is purely intuitive combined with clear intention and understanding.

Neste workshop intensivo vamos explorar o poder medicinal da nossa voz como uma força de cura.
Se tudo é vibração e se tudo vibra, qual a melhor maneira de nos conectarmos e de comunicarmos do que com a própria vibração.
O som é a primeira manifestação de vibração, o que o torna, provavelmente, numa das melhores maneiras de comunicar com ela. A única questão é como o fazermos de uma maneira que promova a harmonia e o bem-estar dentro e fora do nosso sistema.
Nesse sentido, a nossa voz é uma ferramenta bastante eficaz para comunicarmos com as nossas própria vibrações e com as dos outros, como naturalmente acontece.
Se a voz resulta da combinação de respiração e som, trazendo a força vital da respiração e a nossa singularidade sonora num dispositivo de cura muito poderoso, numa medicina natural muito profunda.
Neste workshop intensivo vamos explorar os aspetos Físico, Mental e Espiritual da medicina da voz, a combinação daquilo que é meramente intuitivo com intenção e a compreensão.
