Berlin based artists Tricia Collins and Meret Ester have been collaborating on their musical project, June Carousel, since they met on a rainy October evening in 2022. As Meret is providing open tunings, obscure harmonies and chord changes along with her mystical and fantastical subject choice matters, it is nurtured and defined with Tricia’s heart-throbbing hook, fresh ideas and quirky sensibilities. They bring together a night of storytelling and song with their power house soulful voices that make the two of them shine out more than all the stage lights in the room.
