I grew up in Latvia, but for the past 10 years I have been living in Porto. I have a passion for fermenting anything and foraging wild plants; I believe that good quality food can make a difference to your health. I have enjoyed different types of fermented veggies since childhood, because it was a family tradition. After completing Culinary Arts course in Porto, I have worked in several restaurants making sourdough bread, fermented vegetables and beverages. I have also completed the Food Fermentation edX course from Harvard University. Now I will be happy to share my findings, wins and losses and help you become confident to make your own healthy fermented veggies.
