Come and try ultimate frisbee!
We'll throw some discs and play in a relaxed enviroment. For those who've never tried the sport and for those who can't stop playing! Bring lots of energy and friends :)
Ultimate is a mixed team sport (men and women) played with a flying disc, also known as frisbee, in a rectangular field with an end zone at each end. The objective is to score goals by catching the disc in the end zone defended by the opposing team. The thrower is not allowed to run with the disc, but may pass it in any direction to a team-mate. Whenever the disc falls to the ground or is intercepted by an opponent, the defensive team becomes the offensive team and vice-versa. Ultimate is a non-contact and self-officiated sport in which every player is responsible for fair-play.
