Sacred Voice Week-end

I'm happy to be giving a first Sacred Voice Week-End here in the center of Portugal.

This will be a sacred time to reconnect to your essence via the power of your voice and your sound. Several group singing activities will be offered (singing meditation, feeling the power of words and vowels, intuitive singing, feeling the sound in the body etc.). I will also be accompanying each participant individually in the reconnection to your heart via the Voice. We will be experimenting the power of sound and expression through the voice in many forms and this week-end promises to be intense in joy, high vibrations and authentic heart to heart connections.


Practical info: 

- We start at 10am and finish around 5pm each day (Saturday and Sunday);

- If you have any percussions, you are invited to bring them with you;

- Wear comfortable clothes in which you feel free to make movements;

- Bring something to take notes, a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a cushion and a small blanket;

- For lunch, each participant is invited to bring a dish to share with the group to favour conviviality;

- Soup will be provided for everyone;

- For those coming from far, there is the possibility to book a room for the night for an extra charge;

- Number of participants: between 4 and 16;

- This will take place in the wonderful Casa das Artes surrounded by the beautiful valleys of Cerdeira;

- Price: 111€ par person

Anne-Laure Winkin is a belgian Singer-Songwriter and vocal facilitator. As much as being passionate about music, she is equally fascinated about self-development and spirituality which she nourished from a young age inspired by her mother who is sono-somatotherapist. While pursuing her music studies in Pop and Jazz in London, she followed a training in sono-somatotherapy at her mother's school.
 Besides, she also attended several workshops about meditation, well-being, therapeutic presence, voice and breathing in Belgium, France and London. 

These different teachings and her constant thirst for depth and healing (herself and others) inspired her to guide the persons to a deeper connexion to themselves through the voice.
