Cada sessão terá uma diferente proposta, usando certos meios de expressão como alavanca criativa e misturando diferentes formas de arte e expressão criativa. Onde? O encontro será na Floresta da Lua, um lugar mágico junto à Praia, onde se escuta as ondas do Oceano e o canto dos pássaros. 1o Encontro ~ Canto Intuitivo ~ 5 Out: Lua Nova em Balança Nesta sessão vamos usar o canto como ponto de conexão espiritual, inspiração e cura. Usando o movimento e a voz para desbloquear tensões corporais e abrir a nossa voz, e aprender a direcionar o som para diferentes partes do corpo, energizar e curar. Abrimos espaço para a improvisação e desfrutamos da beleza de cantar em grupo. Terminaremos com um momento de criação intuitiva individual, conectando com a nossa intenção para este Novo Ciclo lunar e partilharemos a nossa criação com o grupo. Aos 17 anos começou a praticar Yoga, e desde aí que tem dedicado a sua vida à espiritualidade e autoconhecimento. A sua curiosidade pelo Ser Humano e vontade de ajudar os outros levou-a estudar Psicologia. Hoje, é licenciada em Psicologia, e tem vindo a pesquisar diferentes terapias holísticas e ferramentas de desenvolvimento pessoal, incluindo cura com voz, a meditação, arte-terapia, massagem e reiki. Através do movimento e da voz, no canto e na dança, encontra as portas para a conexão com o espírito e suas águas internas. Fascinada com o poder curativo da voz, tem vindo a partilhar a sua pesquisa e dom através de workshops e sessões individuais “Acordar da Voz”. É Guardiã das Águas e co-organizadora do Ser Água, encontro dedicado à Consciência da Água. Guia Círculos de Mulheres, sendo apaixonada pela Mulher Selvagem e o espaço de nutrição e partilha em círculo. Encantada pela essência viva da Criança, tem trabalhado com os pequenos filhos da Terra nos últimos anos em diferentes projetos educativos. Atualmente faz parte do projeto “O Pequeno Buda”, Meditação para Crianças. Em 2020 lançou “Colorir a Alma”, um livro com ilustrações e poemas da sua autoria com mensagens de amor e cuidado pela Terra. É terapeuta, educadora e artista. Each session will have a different proposal, using certain means of expression as creative leverage and mixing different forms of art and creative expression. At where? The meeting will be at Floresta da Lua, a magical place next to the beach, where you can hear the waves of the ocean and the singing of birds. 1st Meeting ~ Intuitive Singing ~ 5 Oct: New Moon in Libra In this session we will use singing as a point of spiritual connection, inspiration and healing. Using movement and voice to release body tensions and open our voice, and learn to direct sound to different parts of the body, energize and heal. We make room for improvisation and enjoy the beauty of group singing. We will end with a moment of individual intuitive creation, connecting with our intention for this New Lunar Cycle and sharing our creation with the group. At the age of 17, she began to practice Yoga, and from that time she has dedicated her life to spirituality and self-inquiry. Her curiosity about the Human Being and willingness to help others led her to study Psychology. Today, she has a degree in Psychology, and has been researching various holistic therapies and personal development tools including voice healing, meditation, art therapy, massage and reiki. Through movement and voice, in singing and dancing, she finds the doors to the connection with the spirit and her internal waters. Fascinated with the healing power of the voice, she has been sharing her research and gift through workshops and individual sessions “Voice Awakening”. She is a Water Guardian and co-organizer of Ser Água, gathering dedicated to Water Consciousness. Guides Women's Circles, feeling inspired by the Wild Woman and the nutrition and sharing that happens in circle. She loves the living essence of the Child and in the last years, has been working with the small children of the Earth in different educational projects. She is currently part of the project “O Pequeno Buda”, Meditation for Children. In 2020, she launched “Coloring the Soul”, a book with illustrations and poems of her own with messages of love and care for the Earth. She is a therapist, educator and artist. Multiple and One.
