Boa Onda Reggae Festival

Boa Onda is currently the only Reggae Festival in Portugal, bringing international artists from various corners of the planet. Happening in the beautiful "Quinta Vale d'Agua" in the Mafra district, 20 minutes from Ericeira, it aims to introduce this culture to a wider audience by showcasing high-quality artists and offering a diverse program. 3 days of Dance, Music, Live Band and Sound System, Market, Workshops and Therapies, from the 2nd to the 4th of August.

More than promoting music, Boa Onda believes in a holistic approach. It’s not just a moment of entertainment, but quality time spent among humans. To make it valuable, education, discovery, and learning are key. Workshops and therapies will occur throughout all the days of the festival, from woodworking to capoeira, yoga to aerial acrobatics. 

The Souk Market, that gathers local and international sellers, does not only provides growth but also strengthens social cohesion. As a business model, craftsmanship, addresses current social, economic, and environmental concerns, while also fostering independence. That’s why we place significant importance on providing space for small businesses; it not only enhances visibility but also serves as a perfect way to interact with people.

Togetherness is a cornerstone of the festival. This is what festivals are about – sharing moments together, in a conscious reminder of our community, our environment, of both today and tomorrow, all within a festive atmosphere underscored by Reggae music.
