circle sessions are back at mono! For its tenth concert, mono is happy to present mika oki & maoupa mazzochetti, two heavyweights of the brussels underground scene. they are joining forces to develop a common project. both have already been selected by « shape » which organises exchanges between prestigious European festivals. mika oki, a visual artist, dj and producer, has a background in sculpture and electroacoustic composition. she has performed at nyege nyege and dekmantel. maoupa mazzocchetti is an intriguing and totally unclassifiable character who has already produced for knekelhuis and gravats.
