‘Ayurveda translates to life ‘knowledge’ which is rooted in the ancient verdic teachings from over 5,000 years ago. ‘Dincharya’ translates to ‘daily routine’. The Ayurveda journey will provide you with practical techniques that you can implement into your daily routine to boost immunity, vitality and overall health and wellbeing. You’ll learn what your body constitution is, how to understand this constitution in everyday application. Marla’s vision is for participants to gain an insight into how to cultivate a sustainable self-care and self-preservation by learning the wisdom from the verdic ancient scriptures.

Together we will explore the 5 element theory, understand the body constitutions (dosha’s), taste energetics, ayurveda and the concept of immunity, tridosha concept, daily routines including self-massage using Marma points, asanas, pranayama, meditation and seasonal juicing.
Join us on this journey to cultivate a deeper understanding of how to eliminate harmful toxins in your body through pranayama techniques, live accordingly to your body constitution and take care of yourself in rhythm with the universe cycles and finally cultivate a short asana (physical practice) and self-care routine.
Through this journey, you’ll be able to gain a deeper understanding of how to cultivate a ‘prevention’ mindset and work toward optimizing overall general health and wellbeing. The fundamental concept of Ayurveda wisdom is balance - achieving balance and apply the wisdom to take care of yourself to live a harmonious and syrnonised life with natures cycles, seasons, mind, body and soul. Irene (@dalua.irene) & Fiammetta (@shantiflame) and Marla (@joyomyoga) Stay tuned for this ayurvedic journey. .
