The theater workshop lasts approximately 40 minutes, the sculpture workshop takes place immediately following the workshop, in the same space, with the same people and has the duration of 1h, varying according to the development of the immediate sculptures, which will be ephemeral and that will become part of the exhibition Sobre Envelhecer that is in space. The workshops are one, as the methodology runs from the beginning of one to the end, design to hapened this way. In the sculpture workshop, the materials will be provided by artist. The cost for this workshops is 12 EUR.

Theater Workshop
Development and exploration of expressive, gestural, bodily and vocal abilities using and exploring the five senses, observation, memory, concentration, imagination, creativity, spontaneity, stimulate fantasy and practice improvisation all this for a deepening Human - It is not to be actors but to gain awareness of your body, your emotions and how to deal with others, we are all different and that’s not bad, the contrary is what makes this “trip” of meeting people more interesting. The actor is the person who knows himself best.

Sculpture Workshop
An experimental workshop of immediate sculpture. Following this awareness of the body, I now propose that you feel the matter, the clay. Movement, energy, touch, strength, modeling; there are no limits on the creation of these immediate and ephemeral forms, which will become part of the sculpture exhibition that I present on the spot.

• • • ABOUT AGING • • •
The artist presents an exhibition of contemporary sculpture: pieces in different materials with various languages and plasticities, also presenting a work in photography. A reflection on time. About the body. That gets old, that holds, that stops responding.

• • • CATARSES • • •
An original show based on a project by the actress, PLAYLOOP - which consists of shows for all ages, performed with a pedal loop station. In CATARSE, there is a personal reflection about being in the world with passages by Murakami and Gonçalo M. Tavares, invites you to feel, reflect and travel in a loop. Catharsis of emotions. We are here, we are sitting in the imagination.

Carolina Justino
She took her theater training at the Professional School of Theater in Cascais from director Carlos Avilez. As soon as the training ended. Participated in several amateur shows with colleagues and friends. She was resident for a year in a children's theater company “O Sonho”. She opened an “Ás de Acaso” association, together with friends based in Coimbra, on a farm still in the process of becoming self-sustainable. With this association, she also held the show
"People Talk Too Much." where she was one of the 4 actors. She also did animation at festivals: Óbidos, Natal and even in Hotels. Over these 3 years teaching has also never stopped learning and has taken several courses and workshops with names like João Mota, Marcia Haufrecht, Gustavo Antunes, among others.

Rita Dias da Silva
She took a specialized course in ceramics at the Artistic School António Arroio (2015-2017). She graduated in Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts (2017 - 2020) where she is currently doing her Masters in Sculpture. Over the years she has been participating in several creative projects, festivals and in several collective exhibitions. In 2019, she was in an Artistic Residency in Proença-a-Nova and also this year participated in the GAB-A at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon, where she obtained a research and artistic creation grant from Associação Luzlinar. The desire to work with the community arose from an early age, an aspect that it has been exploring. Her artistic work today is fundamentally in sculpture, with different materials, and photography is also a very present medium in this work, which in itself drinks a lot of its surroundings.
