O Canto Ondo é um grupo de Lisboa que nasceu em 2011, na madrugada de um terraço Alentejano, apenas com uma voz feminina (Tânia Cardoso) e uma guitarra (Rodrigo Crespo). Canto Ondo pode ser terra, raízes e memórias, mas pode ser também um cantar de poetas que nos inspiram. Um canto que procura uma portugalidade aliada às sonoridades mediterrânicas, num diálogo entre vozes, sentimentos, música e poesia (e porque não Estórias contadas) que criam momentos íntimos, partilhados com o público.

Canto Ondo is a group from Lisbon, born in 2011 in a terrace of Alentejo, with a female voice (Tânia Cardoso) and an acoustic guitar (Rodrigo Crespo). Canto Ondo can mean the earth, the roots and memories, but it is also the singing of the poets. It is a chant that searchs for the portuguese soul in the mediterranean sounds, a dialogue between the voice, the feeling, the music and the poetry (and story telling) that creates intimate moments, shared with the audience.
