On the International Animation Day, Quadro Vermelho Produções will gather a special group of animators from all over the world to present their shorts and talk about Animation:
Alexander Geifman
His career started in “Kievnaucfilm” studio (UKR) and then in “Pilot” studio (RUS). Nowadays, works on projects like “Le Petit Spirou”.
Carla MacKinnon
Her work has been exhibited at festivals and galleries worldwide. She is currently completing a PhD on the subject of animated documentary.
Diek Grobler
He is a visual artist who, since 2009, focuses on animated poetry-film, acting as creative director on the poetry-film project, “Filmverse".
Claudio Roberto
He works as an animator, illustrator, and infographic artist, developing and producing graphic and video projects .
Gordeeff
Researcher and Professor, since 2000, she has created animation shorts, looking for an individual image to each message.
Savio Leite
Video artist, short film director and animator. He is founder and curator of the “MUMIA - International Animation Underground Festival”.
Tania de Leon
A visual artist and academic professor in experimental animation and drawing, who exhibited her films in different cultural spaces.
Zoey Lin
Originally a fine artist investigating realism, her work has evolved into multimedia works examining the existence of matter.
