You are invited to join us for a completely new format where Prisma hosts an exhibition for just a single day - This time we will be exploring the beauty of data-art .

The artwork of Vincenzo Montefusco lies in the space between the rationality of mapping the spatial configuration of human movements and the irrationality and unpredictability of the generated result.

In his work he extrapolates the ideas at the base of scientific approaches like motion tracing and data visualization, reinterpreting them in a manual and artisan context.

• • • ABOUT THE ARTIST • • •
Vincenzo Montefusco is currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. He was born in Brescia, Italy, in 1989, and, in the last six years, he lived and worked in Paris, Stuttgart and Milan.
​
Before starting the art career, he graduated from the Polytechnic University of Brescia as Computational Designer and worked for international design firms in the field of digital transformation, data visualization and information design.
