Sunset with Mindful Walk and Meditation at Monsanto Forest

*DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT (This event will be guided in English):

Nothing better than ending our day in contact with ourselves, with nature and the sunset.

Even before the sun goes down, we will walk through the forest of Monsanto with various techniques of Meditation and Mindfulness to restore energy and find balance within ourselves.

We also have a set of individual and group writing and reflection exercises to learn and grow with us and with everyone else who decides to take part in our day.

*What will you need?
- Comfortable walking shoes.
- Towel to sit on the floor (optional)
- A jacket to keep you warm after sunset
- Blanket to cover yourself while meditating (optional)
- Water
- A smile :)

*Who will guide the session?
The guide for this event is Luís Afonso. Born in a small village in the Algarve, he lived a good part of his life in Seixal and in Lisbon and in the last 6 years started a journey of self-discovery that began in Asia.
On this continent, he had the opportunity to learn a lot about other ways of living, of dealing with nature and people. His spiritual journey continued around the world and he is now back in Portugal eager to share this precious knowledge with us.

We always try to start the event at 16:00. Try to get there a bit before that.

*How much do I have to pay?
So that people with more or less availability of capital can participate, after our walk, a value between 10 € and 20 € will be paid, according to how much you want to support this project and how much you can afford. 


*Covid-19: Places are limited, following DGS rules. In spite of all the exercises that we are going to do allow us to keep a safe distance. It is always good to bring a mask and alcohol gel if, eventually, we need to be closer to other people.
