FIBRA tem como génese as potencialidades plásticas do figurino, assumindo-o como o protagonista e ponto de partida para a criação cénica. A epiderme roupa-corpo surge como suporte para explorar a ambiguidade e a beleza das emoções humanas, associada à ideia de deformidade e metamorfose.
A partir das limitações e adaptações entre a peça vestível e um corpo, encontram-se pretextos para pensar o belo e o feio numa relação simbiótica que tem como inquietação inerente, uma comunicação sensorial mais ativa entre a matéria, o artista e o espectador.
Ao vestir o invólucro têxtil, o intérprete entra em isolamento com o exterior. Os cheiros, os sons e o toque ficam aguçados e, ao mesmo tempo, concentrados, sendo dominados. O que é visível assume uma dança de inúmeras identidades.

FIBRA (FIBER) is based on the plastic potential of the costume, giving it the leading role and making it the centre for the theatrical creation. The skin costume-body becomes the means to explore ambiguity and the beauty of human emotion, combined with the idea of deformity and metamorphosis.
The limitations of adapting a garment into a body become the pretext to contemplate the beautiful and the ugly in a symbiotic relationship that has as its underlying anguish and active communication of the senses between the matter, the artist and the viewer.
Donning the fabric wrap the performer becomes isolated from the outside. The smell, sound and sense of touch become sharp and, at the same time, concentrated, becoming dominated. What is visible takes up a dance of uncountable identities.
