Having an experienced teacher guide you in your practice from the comfort of your own home is the perfect way to maintain your health/immunity while observing suggested guidelines minimizing social contact.Take this time to focus on self-care while you learn techniques from meditation, pranayama and alignment to balance the mind and body.

PRIVATES:
Tori's pose progressions are given to help you find the best course of action to advance in your own practice. She designs each lesson to cater to your personal practice goals during private lessons. Tori specializes in providing modifications specific to individual practitioners´ history and body type.  Private lessons to be arranged according to your schedule. GROUP SESSIONS:

Ashtanga Vibe»
All levels welcome for Ashtanga Vinyasa Vibe group sessions. Tori´s vinyasa framework is inspired from her experience as an Ashtanga practitioner and teacher. Expect a well-rounded class with precise alignment cues, inspiring energy and asana to balance the whole body while working towards strength and flexibility.  Ashtanga Vibe sequences are designed as modified primary series vinyasa sequences to help beginner practitioners work towards half and eventually full primary.  

Contact Tori for more information regarding Ashtanga Vibe 1 on Tuesday evenings if you are a beginner to yoga or the Ashtanga practice. 

Vinyasa Hi Vibe»
An invigorating faster paced flow. Come vibe and explore creatively designed sequences for a different experience each time. This class is great for those with some yoga experience but Tori can provide modifications without issue for those who are beginners to Vinyasa.
New and full moon practices are a special treat with creative lunar sequencing and grounding pranayamas with yoga nidra as well. 

Vinyasa Lo Vibe»
This slow flow session will leave you relaxed and fully present in your body. We use slower sequencing to help explore movement patterns and general body awareness. A guided relaxation will ensure you receive the chance to reset the body and mind.
New and full moon practices are especially grounding using sequencing inspired from the moon sequence from Vinyasa Krama. Longer pranayama and yoga nidra practices create a well-rounded practice aimed at relaxation. 

TEACHER
Tori Mitchell has extensive experience training yoga teachers and facilitating workshops and retreats internationally in Canada, Taiwan, India, Bali and Portugal. She currently teaches Ashtanga at Casa Vinyasa in Lisbon, Vinyasa at Agora Yoga and also teaches various events for 6 Senses Yoga.
Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500/ YACEP) with Yoga Alliance.
