Only the man who is grounded and safe in his masculinity can be free to open and deepen his feminine. Although we might have not received it from our fathers, we all have imprinted in our selves the deep masculine love. It doesn't need anything from you, only wants you to be vital, happy, prosperous and safe. For him to truly offer his gift to the feminine (by which we mean women, children, society, the Earth, the Universe, basically everything except pure consciousness) he must focus on the prosperity, the opening and the deepening of both himself and of the other.
