Ecstatic Dance é um espaço para conexão contigo mesmo, com a essência da alma e uns com os outros.
É o lugar para se divertir e dançar ao seu próprio ritmo, enquanto se permite ser quem se deseja, se (re)conectar, explorar e encontrar a sua liberdade.
Na pista de dança a proposta é dançar descalço, sem conversar e sem usar o telefone, deixando-se guiar por música & ritmos originários de diferentes culturas, que se interligam, possibilitando uma experiência ainda mais profunda de estar vivo no corpo, nesse momento, no planeta.

SOBRE O DJ:
Sabino esforça-se para trazer uma vida com maior qualidade, verdade, alegria e leveza para sua comunidade. Como criador da Ecstatic Dance Faro e Lagoa, assumiu o cargo de DJ, líder de cerimónias e organizador do Island Gathering - Ecstatic Dance Festival, provando que está em total serviço à dança!
Suas diversas habilidades e talentos são guiados pela bússola do seu coração. Em seu trabalho atual como professor, ele aplica a prática da atenção plena (mindfulness) no sistema escolar público, onde encontra alegria em todos os aspectos da vida enquanto se conecta ao seu objetivo.

Ecstatic Dance is a space for connecting with yourself, with the essence of the soul and with each other.
It is the place to have fun and dance at your own pace, while allowing yourself to be whoever you want, if you (re) connect, explore and find your freedom.
On the dance floor the proposal is to dance barefoot, without talking and without using the phone, allowing yourself to be guided by music & rhythms originating from different cultures, which are interconnected, enabling an even deeper experience of being alive in the body, at that moment, in Planet.

ABOUT THE DJ:
Sabino strives to bring life with greater quality, truth, joy and lightness to his community. As the creator of Ecstatic Dance Faro e Lagoa, he took on the role of DJ, leader of ceremonies and organizer of the Island Gathering - Ecstatic Dance Festival, proving that he is in full service to dance!
His diverse abilities and talents are guided by his heart's compass. In his current work as a teacher, he applies the practice of mindfulness in the public school system, where he finds joy in all aspects of life while connecting to his goal.
His most recent project is the Island Gathering - Ecstatic Dance Festival which will take place from the 20th to the 24th of September in Ilha da Armona in Portugal - https://www.festivalecstaticdance.com/

2. Wear comfortable clothes and take off your shoes when you arrive (if your feet are cold, bring a pair of socks) - there is a place to change clothes.
3. The recommended is the complete experience, but come and go as you please.
