This time not a regular  Pilates class but still open for any level and age. 
Let's take an advantage from social media and connect ourselves to online group class via SKYPE

Classes will be held on TUESDAY and THURSDAY MORNINGS
Connecting and setting from 9 am and starting actual class from 9.15 to 10 am.
It's totally free of charge and don't be afraid to come together.

While understanding how do exercises correctly we going to 
improve our posture by increasing mobility, stability and strength. 
Understanding how I am moving and taking over a control of it – that’s one of the main Pilates principle and the beginning of posture correction that could be practiced anytime. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves mobility and awareness, puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and other muscle tone, improving coordination and balance. As well it's an ideal tool to reduce level of anxiety and stress.
Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, it's recommended to treat back pain, pathologies of the spine as sciatica, disc degeneration and etc.).
