Akeelah Bertram (Reino Unido) é uma criadora interdisciplinar especializada em fazer experiências imersivas. Exibe nacional e internacionalmente desde que estudou na Universidade de Leeds, Hochschule für Bildende Künste Dresden, (Dresden) e no Royal College of Art (Londres). O seu trabalho envolve a criação de sistemas fluidos para colaboração e uso intuitivo, e muitas vezes envolve a mudança entre os papéis de artista e director. Em 2019, Akeelah iniciou um projecto internacional de longo prazo sobre comunidades da diáspora e a noção de portais, intitulado "Return". Akeelah Bertram (United Kingdom) is a cross-disciplinary creator who specialises in making immersive experiences. I try to capture the diversity and richness of complexity working with generative algorithms and visuals. My interest lies in using generative graphics and interaction as a communicative instrument. They are a mean of creating new experiences and narrative proposals.
