 O workshop será dirigido em inglês.
 
O workshop será dividido em duas partes principais:
- Movimento e ritmo.
- O processo de "Heroes".

Na primeira parte, o foco será a musicalidade do movimento corporal através da sua ritmicidade, noções que são centrais no meu trabalho. Iremos desenvolver novas ferramentas de improvisação baseadas em diferentes “atividades” e propostas rítmicas. A ação de caminhar e as suas variações serão algo onde nos iremos debruçar, criando ritmo através dos pés e redirecionando-o por todo o corpo; essa “distribuição rítmica” que visa levar os participantes a aceder a um estado de ritmo, conectar-se à interligação superior/ inferior e promover a estabilidade/ mobilidade.

Progredimos com padrões rítmicos enquanto imóveis antes de movê-los pelo espaço:
- Primeiro, focamo-nos numa consciência rítmica interna e depois transferimos para uma consciência externa; ouvimos o pulso da música antes de passar para ela e com ela.
- Começamos com movimentos que não se mobilizam antes de progredir para movimentos que o fazem. Enquanto exploramos movimentos não locomotivos.

Na segunda parte, passaremos pelo processo que segui na produção do solo “Heroes” e as principais noções que aprofundei, nomeadamente, a relação entre o corpo, a imagem e o poder. - Khouloud Yassine

 The workshop will be conducted in English.
 
The workshop will be divided into two major parts:
- Movement and rhythm.
- The process of “Heroes”.

In the first part, we will focus on the musicality of the body movement through its rhythmicality, notions that are central in my work. We will develop new tools for improvisation based on different rhythmic “activities” and propositions. We will be focusing on the action of walking and its variations by creating rhythm through the feet and redirect it through the whole body; this “rhythmic spread” aims to lead participants to access rhythm state, connect to the upper/lower connectivity, and promote stability/ mobility.

We progress with rhythmic patterns while stationary before moving them through space:
- First, we focus on an internal rhythmic awareness, and then shift the awareness to external; we listen to the pulse of the music before moving to it and with it.
- We begin with movements that do not locomote before progressing to movements that do. While exploring non-locomotive movements.

In the second part, we will go through the process that I followed in the making of the solo “Heroes” and the main notions I delved into, namely the relationship between the body, the image and the power. - Khouloud Yassine
