O Temazcal (temazkali ou sweat lodge) é sauna sagrada indígena de purificação e de conexão à origem da vida - uma experiência transformadora, de autoconhecimento profundo. É uma oportunidade para reconexão profunda connosco, com os elementos (terra, água, fogo e ar) e toda a criação. O Temazkali (em idioma Nahuatl, México) vem de uma tradição muito antiga de banho de vapor de plantas aromáticas medicinais e essências com raízes em muitas regiões do globo, incluindo na Europa e em Portugal. À semelhança do ventre da nossa mãe, encontramo-nos aqui no ventre escuro, quente e húmido da Mãe Terra.
