Design and build your own insect hotel and install it in the city! We give you the opportunity to learn how to work with wood, using different kind of tools. Insects hotels are sustainable solutions for attracting super useful insects (bees, butterflies, ladybugs etc.) to make our city their home and maintain biodiversity. We provide all of the materials! Prepare your homework before coming, looking for some inspiration to shape your hotel! You can easily find some references here #insecthotel , feel free to be creative! - DETAILS The workshop will start with a theoretical introduction, followed by a presentation of our research in sustainable architecture. Let us know if you are interested by writing mail mail@criticalconcrete.com, so that we can keep the spot for you. - COSTS We offer three bundles: Primitive: €25 With this money we will cover the costs of the workshop (trainer, material, tools and space). Lavish: €30 This price will help us to not only to cover costs, but you will contribute to our development and preparation of future workshops and events. Absent: €10 If you can’t come but still you want to contribute. Every two ”absent ticket”, the team will build a hotel in YOUR NAME to place on our green roof! After the workshop, you’ll bring the object home, and then share your picture with the team of participants!
