Este curso destina-se à todas as idades, àqueles que queiram revolucionar suas relações intra e interpessoais, com uma abordagem que nos coloca em nosso estado compassivo natural. A CNV (Comunicação não violenta) estabelece, através da atenção, auto-observação e comunicação, um fluxo entre nós mesmos e os outros baseado em respeito mútuo, compaixão e cooperação. A CNV aplica-se em relacionamentos íntimos, entre familiares, nas escolas e organizações, em terapias, em negociações e em situações de conflito (inclusive com nós mesmos). Vamos aprender: Expressar com clareza e honestidade; Ouvir com atenção e empatia; Libertar-se de condicionamentos passados; Transformar padrões de pensamentos e reações que conduzem à discussões, raiva, depressão, julgamentos e culpa; Observar e identificar comportamentos e condições que nos afetam; Resolver conflitos pacificamente; Diferenciar observação de avaliação; Definir sentimentos e necessidades; Fazer pedidos concretos que enriquecem a nossa vida.
