R.A:V.E. - Revolution - Acceptance - Vibrations - Energy According to cognitive dissonance theory, there is a tendency for individuals to seek consistency among their cognitions (i.e., beliefs, opinions). When there is an inconsistency between attitudes or behaviors (dissonance), something must change to eliminate the dissonance. Cognitive dissonance causes feelings of unease and tension, and people attempt to relieve this discomfort in different ways. Examples include "explaining things away" or rejecting new information that conflicts with their existing beliefs. So we will be on the 7th at LAV (East Lisbon Venue), for the third edition of R.A.V.E. to prove our Theory to you all. This is a new concept, where everyone is welcome, regardless of color, gender, sexual orientation or musical sub-genre. We promised to take you back to the late 1980s, where the unmistakable sound of the Chicago House and Detroit Techno created a magical setting where some could dance for hours. This movement has your presence for great success, join us and together we will make history with this project. "Forget the world, forget the people. Let's rave!"
