About Olisipo Coffee Roasters

Antony and Sofia founded Olisipo Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roastery in the heart of Ajuda community, Lisboa in 2018. They both have a varied background in design, communications and journalism but their primary passion is coffee. They believe that coffee is, above all, a connector of people and communities. Olisipo thrives to raise awareness of different coffee origins and terroir by presenting specialty coffee as a culinary product rich in flavour and taste.
