Se é daqueles que pensa que provavelmente não, então, para melhorar a receita, só mesmo colocando-a no incrível cenário da Costa Nova, entre a Ria e os Palheiros… O Festival da Sardinha é uma iniciativa da APARA – Associação de Pesca da Região de Aveiro, e que traz visibilidade à atividade de muitos dos seus membros, para quem a pesca da sardinha é “ganha-pão”. Fazendo-o acontecer no local onde habita uma das principais comunidades piscatórias da região dá-lhe também a si a possibilidade de conhecer os protagonistas da sua captura, as suas embarcações e cais, os mercados e as histórias.
