During 2 days we will rest our HEARTS together: NURTURING ourselves, creating a safe space to open our hearts and share from a place of truth and intimicy. Creating Time and Space to do what our body needs, what our heart wishes. Time for Silence, to walk in Nature and enjoy the simple things of Life. CLOSING CYCLES, honoring the WISDOM of growing from the inside out, finding ourselves in the process of letting go of all that we have carried with us from this past year, that is not serving us anymore. But also celebrating and WORSHIPING all what we learn, all the relationships we made that NOURISHED us, and made us EXPAND and GROW. Stepping into the new, the place where we can take all that the past has provided for us, let it flow through us, around us and out of us, so that we can step into our highest levels of pure MAGIC, LOVE & SERVICE, opening our hearts, expanding our SOUL.. Facilitators Cátia Leitão She was born in fertile lands of Portugal. She is a wild creative explorer in the realms of healing, intimacy, sexuality and life empowerment. She is a dancer, body worker, Sacred Sexuality therapist, teacher and practitioner, founder of Saúde & Alquimia íntima. In her present work, she mixes technics from Tantra, Shamanism, Central and South America “Medicina”, Conscious Sexuality, Yoga, Meditation Therapy, and also various sorts of energetic, spiritual and ancestral practices - Soma-Psychaedelic, Conscious BDSM, massage, contact-improvisation and contemporary dance... Her aim is to inspirit and nurture all those who feel the calling to a more free and ecstatic life. MOMO Momo believe in the way of Love, where we act from our Heart centers. He believe in the Universal flow and in living with the power of Attention and Intention and in Heart- Connection. He studied Social work in Berlin and currently taking a Family Constellations and Systemic Relationship Coach Course. In Lisbo,he started together with a soul brother, the project Coração de Cacau - Sacred Cacao Ceremonies and Dance Celebrations. After a year of organising these events he opened Inti Sana in Lisbon together with his partner and Catia Alface, a space for events focused on raising consciousness and connection with the heart, body and soul and reconnecting with Nature. He also facilities Men Ciricle's. In 2018 Momo co-created a little community and event space in Sintra. A community with values and vision where two babies were born and where he began the journey of Fatherhood. PAT HERDEIRA Water Guardian and co-organizer of Ser Água, Hands and soul of artist and healer, explorer of movement, voice, touch, the secrets of the body and its doors to the spirit and the inner waters. She´s passionate about the Wild Woman and the Goddess in each woman and the power of the Circle, and has been guiding Women Circles in Arrábida. She loves the living essence of the Child and has worked with the small children of the Earth in the last years and is currently part of O Pequeno Buda, taking meditation into schools. Graduated in Psychology, she has dedicated the last years to self-discovery, the study of the human being and its spiritual potential and the study of different holistic therapies. Gives therapeutic support helping both men and women coming into presence and contacting with their emotions, aligning body, mind and spirit, awakening their creative potential and voice.
