Tendo o estudo das ciências da comunicação e a música como base, trabalhou em várias áreas sociais e de comunicação distintas. E assim, foi percebendo que em todas elas é necessário e muito importante cuidar e nutrir uma visão humanizada sobre cada pessoa e situação. Dedica-se a aprofundar e a recolher aprendizagens que assentam no processo de abertura do seu coração e da sua consciência, tendo como base a sua história e experiência de vida, os saberes ancestrais, a música, os princípios do Xamanismo, a Terapia Multidimensional - cura pelo Coração, o Reiki, as Medicinas Sagradas da Terra e a presença em Círculo. A música e a voz fazem parte do seu caminho, sendo elas a força, o fio condutor e o motor de busca até ao resgate da sua essência. Inicialmente, durante a sua carreira profissional, como gestor de empresas e projectos, onde geriu, treinou e capacitou equipas e gestores de topo para a excelência, no seu desempenho no trabalho e respectivos objectivos. Há mais de 10 anos atrás, encontrou o yoga e começou a compartilhar o seu amor e paixão pelo mesmo com os outros, e como consequência dessa profunda imersão, a meditação tornou-se a sua estrela guia. Joao Vaz Joao has an extensive experience in guiding people and groups. At first, during his professional career as business & project manager, where he “managed”, trained, capacitated teams and top managers for work performance excellence. More than 10 years ago, he found yoga and started sharing his love and passion for it with others, and as a consequence of that deep immersion, meditation became his guiding star. He has been referenced, interviewed, supportive and invited to participate in various scientific researches, workshops, and as guest teacher at universities from all over the world.
