Who we are:
Sara Rooney,  
is an experienced Medical Herbalist, BSc (Hons) Ba (Hons) specialising in using herbal medicine for stress management, skin conditions, digestion and hormonal health and has published research on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in the International Journal of Herbal Medicine. She has written a variety of articles on herbs and nutrition and is contributing author for the Herbal Academy. She offers consultations at Vale de Moses Yoga retreat Portugal and works in an integrated clinic in Brighton, UK.

is a Belgian herbalist and natural cosmetic maker. She runs a business making natural cosmetics and soaps. She lives off grid in Central Portugal and grow many of my own herbs and foods using permaculture principles.
