Space to breathe - Didgeridoo workshop

Welcome, free souls!

This workshop was created to unlock YOUR potential in didgeridoo playing, in whichever way YOU want to explore it 

I know by experience how challenging and unintuitive it can be to understand it and learn how to express yourself through it (without proper guidance), however, a didgeridoo is a great teacher regarding one's own connection with breath, vibration, posture and rhythm 

Whether your interest is to:
- stop snoring and improve breathing function,
- pursue a spiritual or therapeutic relationship with the earthy frequencies of the resonant tube,
- master the musical passion that you have with its hypnotic sound/beat-box versatility, or simply
- strengthen your connection with your own breathing, posture and internal pressures,
... whichever the way that you're interested in exploring it, a tube has much to teach if you approach it with a curious heart.

Join us next Saturday - 12th of October - from 10am to 2pm @ Ágora Experimental  for an opening workshop that will lay out the foundations and mark the beginning of the learning path. For those of you who are interested, the path will keep running its course in the form of weekly sessions.

- Price for this event is free donation;
- All levels of experience are accepted;
- You should bring your own didge. If you don't have one you may contact us with at least 48h notice and, for 12€, we will provide one for you made from PVC. It will be yours to keep, after the event;
