O evento começará com dinâmicas e exercícios de grupo para que todos possam facilmente sentir-se confortáveis. Estaremos construindo apoio, aceitação, unidade e o sentimento de bem-estar, abrindo o coração e a alma. O movimento é teu, livre, pleno, só precisas de estar presente contigo. Nada é necessário. Todos serão apenas eles mesmos. Queremos conhecer-te e sentir-te, sem mascaras. PROGRAMA O programa é vivencial e passa por: - Musica - Dança - Meditação - Jogos - Abraços - Respiração - Prazer - Contacto - Caricia - Massagem e... Muitas Novidades Um turbilhão de diversão onde aprendes sobre Tantra. Danças e tocas uma tribo de gente que vibra em amor. REGRAS: Quem pode frequentar uma noite tântrica? Grupos de amigos Casais de longa data Casais em inicio de uma relação Pessoas Individuais Enfim... Qualquer ser disposto a: divertir-se, dançar, tocar, sentir. Porquê experimentar uma noite tântrica? Porque sempre tiveste curiosidade e precisavas de encontrar um ambiente seguro e de confiança para estar e aprender. É uma noite em que está tudo bem, o ambiente perfeito, a companhia perfeita, uma tribo perfeita. Nas noites tântricas não existe nenhum tipo de envolvimento sexual entre os participantes. Existem exercícios de dança, jogos, abraços e divertimento. Desafios ao teu corpo e mente serão praticados. Respeitar o outro e a sua zona de conforto, é muito importante. Poderás não participar em algum exercício se assim sentires. Quais os benefícios? Vais ser tú, vais evoluir no processo de desenvolvimento sensorial. É uma óptima oportunidade também para conhecer pessoas interessantes, num ambiente de respeito e amizade. Evolução da fluidez na tua forma de dançar, de mover e sentir. Que roupa trazer? Because you were always curious and needed to find a safe and reliable environment to be and learn. It's a night where everything is fine, the perfect environment, the perfect company, a perfect tribe. In Tantric evenings there is no sexual involvement among the participants. There are dance exercises, games, hugs and fun. Challenges to your body and mind will be practiced. Respecting the other and your comfort zone is very important. You may not participate in any exercise if you feel that way. What are the benefits? You will be you, you will evolve in the process of sensory development. It is a great opportunity to meet interesting people in an atmosphere of respect and friendship. Evolution of fluidity in your way of dancing, moving and feeling. What clothes to bring?
