The Heart Chakra meditation comes from the old Sufi tradition. It is very easy to learn and it is great to relieve inner tensions while the heart energy flows freely.
Keeping the momentum and the sweet energy from meditation we will get together and enjoy each other’s company. Bring your drink and some food to share. Join our picnic. Even if you can’t join the meditation you’re welcome for the get-together.
