A radio station exists where all your aural dreams come true. Far from the grasps of boring playlists, WFMU (New Jersey) is America's longest-running *freeform* radio station. You can hear sounds from Todd, Stan and so on, no fancy names, just straight-up song selection masterpieces from Average and Extroardinary Joe and Joans.
Having taken a year off from DJing duties, which "feels like losing an arm", here in Lisbon we can show her a good time. In the spirit of Não-DJs, Samantha comes armed with pre-eminent skill in the no-touch succulent mix, the sloppy to-hell-with-it malha that will delight to point of spontaneous human combustion. Her approach to psychedelia is slower, more subtle, wrapping the listener up in feather duvets of musical pleasure. This is guaranteed! Bring your inflammable clothes!

According to Wikipedia, Kälviä (Swedish: Kelviå) is a former municipality of Finland. But not just this, a new definition drops from the gloomy skies of '80s synth obsessed Europe! Human bass machine Esa Klemola is your new guide around a bleak territory of a post-punk pop-flavoured world that exists on some map, but this map is in this man's considerable head. He will slip inside the Elite Gymnastics set to let his bandmates relax for a bit, showing us around his imaginary landscapes full of post-Thatcher cloudiness and dole-infested art college lockers. It's his first performance for a long while. As John Steiner's drumming is for Battles, Esa is the relentless metronome that defies the fingerlaws of nature.
