É uma "colorista" nata, uma artista sem formação formal que está constantemente a explorar motivos, texturas e técnicas. O dia a dia dos animais, pessoas, objectos e a paisagem têm sido um foco constante desde a sua infância. Do banal ao exótico a sua pintura capta momentos discretos que dão ao seu trabalho presença, humor, bem como significado e definição.
