Infinito como constante da nossa vida e de gerações. Este projecto começa com a morte e toda perturbação associada, incluindo euforia. Seguido do momento de beleza do (re)nascimento e da (re)transformação. As pinturas emocionalmente carregadas do István Sándorfi inspiraram-me a querer representar essa carga em forma de fotografia onde os sentimentos são extremos e dramáticos. Durante a captura das imagens na minha mente acabou por estar constante o poema de Vinicius de Moraes “o verbo no infinito”, que acabou por dar mote às 3 fases. - Rui Patraquim As pinturas de István Sándorfi serviram-me de inspiração na ideia dum corpo que se emociona, carregando-se e descarregando-se. Um corpo poroso, aberto às intensidades da vida que se lhe atravessa. Para estas imagens reuni uma série de objectos que me ajudaram a criar um estado de constante devir que viajou por três momentos. O primeiro resultante de uma catarse física, o segundo um enraizamento e o terceiro o erguer de novo. O que as une é a constante procura de novas intensidades físico-emotivas, expressão e observação destas no decorrer do próprio evento. - Rita Vilhena : Rita Vilhena é coreógrafa e performer/bailarina desde o final dos anos 90. A sua principal motivação é a ideia de transformação e participação, mas ainda assim ela é movida pela intuição. O seu último trabalho estreado em 2018 “Corpo Santo” é uma marca do seu trajecto artístico. Rita criou em 2005 a Baila Louca improvisação e performance em Roterdão, cidade onde viveu (2002-2015). BL foi criada inicialmente como um desafio individual e para dar visibilidade a artistas que a inspiravam. É professora de dança, faz parte da comunidade internacional de Contacto-Improvisação. A porous body, open to the intensities of life that crosses it. For these images I gathered a series of objects that helped me to create a state of constant becoming that traveled for three moments. The first resulting from a physical catharsis, the second a rooting, and the third raising it again. What unites them is the constant search for new physicalemotional intensities, expression and observation of these in the course of the event itself. - Rita Vilhena : Rita Vilhena is a choreographer and performer / dancer since the late 1990s.
