Yogi Rave is a new movement originated in Lisbon, where we combine the passion for wild dancing and free expression with consciousness of our body and breathing.
We will induce ourselves into this flow through the practice of beautiful yoga, simple meditations, healthy food & proper Dj Sets that will set you ready for enjoying yourself, the community and the music in a alcohol-free environment.

18:30 - Doors Opening to feel the space and arrive properly
19:00 – Yoga Class with Pranayama & Guided Meditation included by Richard Brook
20:00 – Yogi Rave Set by Filhos do Ritmo. Electronic and Organic Beats!
22:00 – Meditation and circle of closing
History of the concept:
What is a Rave? The expansion of the Rave movement was initiated in the Uk in the form of Illegal parties in the suburbs of the main cities, where people disappointed with the system were dancing wild to free-themselves as a revolutionary act.
We want to keep this spirit but instead of using synthetic drugs that kill your body, we will bring some gifts that the Gods has left in the Earth in order to arise conscious, well being, and safety to express yourself through the dance... such as organic and energizing food, yoga, pranayamas and guided meditation that will make yourself be enjoying the present moment as its best
Why Yoga and Meditation?
To succeed in this goal comes the view and the practice of Yoga: We begin with a Yoga class to balance our body, right away we do some energising breathing-work (Pranayamas) and then we will finish with a meditation suitable for beginners that will place your body more than ready to enjoy the organic and electronic beats that our Djs are going to offer. Then we close properly with another meditation and a circle of sharing.
YR is a project that was born with the idea of changing the way to have fun and provide society with a healthy recreational space.
