In this morning we dedicate ourselves to develop awareness of the present moment (mindfullness), taking support in different objects traditionally used in the practice of meditation, but also everything that arises in our experience at each moment, helping us to stay in a state of tranquility, openness and clarity.
We also cultivate the hability to notice and release that which hindrances our natural well being with ourselves, the situations and the others, besides the open of the heart to loving kindness.
