Beginner Workshop - Acroyoga 4You! 

Do you wish to give the first steps in AcroYoga? Or maybe you already tried, but you want to improve your technique by learning new postures and transitions taking your training to a upper level? Then this workshop is 4You! 
 
Starting with a playful warm-up, we will guide you throught some technical AcroYoga performing positions and transitions and we will end with some relaxing moments. 
 
And at the end You will be able to:  
- Perform some incredible postures!  
- How to effectively spot, staying save.  
- Relax and help your friends to relax. 

 This workshop was develop for everyone! No matter if you don't have previous experience, or you don't have a partner, or even if you don’t have a yoga mat. Just show up, your smile is the only requirement. 

We are looking forward to see you…flying!

Who are we? 
 
Luis Cunha 
He is a trainer in body Strength and Movement. He has been practicing Acroyoga for almost 2 years and has conducted various training sessions with acroyoga teachers from Italy, Spain, Canada, Poland, Israel, Brazil and Switzerland.

Manuel Mendonça  
Discovered AcroYoga for almost 2 years ago and since then become totally addicted to the practice.  
Have been in Spanish and Portuguese Acroyoga Festivals, attended workshops with international teachers from Acroyoga.org, Partners Acrobatics and Acroyoga Montreal and take all the chances to practice either in JAM's or Workshops.
