Autumn brings us: The Connection Series

��We become more in tune with our surroundings, each other, and ourselves
��1. Connection to Earth (Balance, Awareness)
�2. Connection to the Animal (Animal Flow, Locomotion, Floor Movement)�
3. Connection with Others (Partner Games, Play) 
4. Connection to the Self (Somatic movement and breath)�


This is the first workshop in conjunction with Espaço Pessoa e Companhia and we are very excited to bring you this experience!

��For the first workshop in this space, it will be donation based, with a minimum expected donation of 10 euros, but it’s up to you, what you feel to give for this one :)��

We hope to have a great adventure having a wonderful experience with connection and movement, and will be going for a drink or a bite together afterwards if people would like to join (not included in cost).��
