Ashley shares an exploration of organic movements, breath, sound and meditation, inspired by elements in nature.
Soma Yoga is a gentle practice that grounds, circulates, and revitalizes the energy and opens our senses to the deep wisdom and natural intelligence of the body and Earth.
With focus on an inner inquiry and listening to the needs and sensations of the body, Ashley shares pleasant and innovative tools to unwind patterns of tension, soothe the nervous system and create an environment for regeneration, freshness and fluidity to enter our tissues and movements through life.
Ashley grew up in the water and trees in Bermuda, studied human movement and sport sciences in Canada and has been living, practicing and teaching for many years in Ibiza. Her exploration of yoga, movement, meditation and bodywork began over 10 years ago. Along with personal insights and past experiences with clients, her sessions are strongly influenced by previous and present teachers and especially her studies in yogaSOMATICs.

Talmi-Method (die Talmi-Methode) is a system by Martin Gruber developed for performing artists. Its approach is tailored to the high demands of the work on stage and is now successfully applied to further professions. Talmi Method is based on understanding the treatment as an eye-to-eye exchange: as a self-determined, active interaction between practitioner and the one being treated. It is based on various components with the aim of improving posture, voice vibrating in the body, breathing and a maximum freedom of movement. The Talmi Method consists of touch and motion lessons that break down precisely and effectively body patterns, tensions that are not useful. The Talmi Method has been used with great success at leading European drama schools, performing arts training, speech training and kinematics.

Moreover Talmi-Method has proven itself as an accompanying offer in the medical and therapeutic practice, as a coaching, as an individual work on one's own attitude, as an aid in dealing with high physical demands. In its essence the Talmi Method consists of the Functional Integration lessons of Alon Talmi, who taught Martin Gruber the method and after whom he named it. In order to improve the method for the specific needs of performing artists, these lessons have been modified and expanded with elements of bodywork from the Western tradition, such as: Rolfing, Feldenkrais, Zen Triggerpoint Anatomy, Zen Bodytherapy, and Asian traditions such as Japanese forms of osteopathy, movement exercises from the Japanese martial arts, and stage techniques. Talmi Method can be taught in individual modules or in groups.

Timani is a method founded in Oslo, taught in most music academies in Norway.
It combines relevant updated theoretical knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, neurology and physiology, movement analysis and practical exercises with and without instrument.

This method is open to anyone who wants to develop as a musician and/or music student/teacher or to anyone interested in learning how to use their body in a more optimal, wholesome and less straining way. The method is tailored specifically to the unique physical requirements each musician faces when playing an instrument or singing.

Throughout the session you'll get:
- A clear overview of technique, sound, power and relaxation.
- Theoretical knowledge about relevant anatomy that every musician should know.
- Physical exercises to enhance natural coordination and to promote your physical potential through “waking up” muscles.
- Practical application of new skills while playing your instrument.
- Inspiration to develop deeper understanding and mastery of your body-brain connection.
