Now that we're in the middle of the semester, be prepared for the next big trip!
Sure you all have heard about Porto, with all its beauty near to Douro river.
The trip will take place on weekend of 20/22 March

Registrations until 13 april or until we sold out the seats.

 All transportation;

 Visit the Porto Wine cellars;
 Ride in the touristic train;
 Boat Trip in Douro River;

SCHEDULE:

Friday ( 20 april ):
07:00 am - Meeting Point @Colégio do Espirito Santo bus stop
12:00 am- Arrival to Porto;
02.00pm - boat trip in the douro river
3:30 pm - Wine tasting in the Porto Cellars
4.50 pm - Magic train tour guided
6:00 pm- Check in at the Hostel;
Free time
11:30 pm - Pub Crawl


Saturday ( 21 april )
until 10 am - Breakfast at the Hostel
( free time )
2:30 p.m - Guided tour to the City center
(free time)
11:30 - Meeting Point 
0:30 pm - Party with Erasmus in Porto

Sunday ( 22 april )
until 10 - Breakfast at the Hostel
10:00 a.m - Check-out
(Free time)
2.30 p.m - Visit the panoramic garden of Cristal Palace
4.30 p.m . Visit to Casa da Musica (exterior)
5:00 p.m  - Departure To Evora 
10:00 p.m - Estimated time of arrival at Évora.

Payments
We only accept payments in cash.
To make the registration, in addition to the payment it´s mandatry to sign a Responsibility Agreement. 
NO PRE-RESERVATIONS ALLOWED !!

Cancellation and refund policy: 
Cancellations until 13 april you will be 100% refunded. After 13 of april you will get 100% refund only if you find someone to take your place on the trip. No cancellations will be accepted 13 april. 

Additional information:
- Meals NOT INCLUDED (except breakfast saturday and sunday)
- Hostel room security deposit of 10€! Give this money at the esn office until 19 april
- Key security deposit 5€ (give the money at the check in)
- The security deposits will be returned to you if you don´t damage the hostel rooms and return the keys of the room. 
Exclusive for international students, mobility, trainees at the University of Évora.

Para efetuar a inscrição, para além do pagamento é obrigatório a assinatura de um termo de responsabilidade.

Política de cancelamento e reembolso:
Cancelamentos até 13 de abril serão 100% reembolsados. Depois de dia 13 de abril  só irão receber o reembolso de 100% apenas se encontrarem alguém para trocar o lugar na viagem. Não serão aceites cancelamentos depois do dia 13 de abril. 

 Informações Adicionais: 
- Refeições não incluídas (excepto pequeno almoço de sábado e domingo);
- Depósito de segurança do quarto do hostel 10 €! Entregar este valor no ESN office até dia 19 de abril;
- Depósito de segurança da chave 5 € (entregar no momento do check in);
- Os depósitos de segurança serão devolvidos se você não danificar os quartos do hostel e devolver as chaves do quarto;
