Sandra Krampelhuber is an Austrian Cultural Anthropologist. She graduated from the University of Vienna in 2002. Since then she is interested in the various fileds of cultural and artistic productions in African and African Diaspora countries. In 2006 she directed the music documentary QUEENS OF SOUND about females in the Jamaican music industry. The film was shown at film festivals worldwide. It was also in 2006 that she travelled to Dakar, Senegal for her first time and after many encounters with Senegalese artists and musicians over the years, she decided to portray this thriving scene in her film 100% Dakar. Recently she directed documentary Accra Power (2016, 49min, Austria/Ghana).

Andrea Verena Strasser was born in Ried im Innkreis in 1978 and has completed her studies in Experimental Visual Design at the University of Art and Design Linz 2005. She worked for the Prix Ars Electronica, the Landestheater Linz and in various film and video productions and currently for the Crossing Europe Film Festival and in the artist collective Time's Up. Accra Power is her directorial debut.

Politólogo, investigador do CEI – ISCTE-IUL no âmbito dos projectos “Estado, autoridades tradicionais e modernização política: O papel das autoridades tradicionais no processo de mudança política em África”, “Dinâmicas sociais na estruturação dos espaços políticos em contextos rurais africanos” e “Identidades e fronteiras em África”, financiados pela FCT. O autor tem diversos trabalhos científicos publicados sobre Moçambique, de entre os quais se destacam os livro Mfumo e (Ti)Hosi: Figuras do Político em Moçambique (2006, Lisboa: UNL/AER, 322 pp) e Moçambique: memórias sociais de ontem, dilemas políticos de hoje (2009, Lisboa: Gespress/CEA-IUL, 354 pp). Actualmente, desenvolve o seu trabalho de investigação na especialidade de Estruturas políticas e dinâmicas sociais em África, com particular destaque para o Gana.
