O networking audiovisual consagrado em São Paulo realiza em Lisboa sua 4ª edição! Começamos este mês a mesma tradição que temos em São Paulo, de trazer um convidado especial a cada mês para partilhar conosco sua experiência no universo audiovisual. Em abril convidamos o realizador Mário Patrocinio. Contador de histórias por natureza, Mário é reconhecido pela sua abordagem crua à humanidade dos personagens, tanto em cinema, quanto em publicidade e branded content. The Segunda Segunda 4th edition has it all! This month we begin our tradition of inviting a special guest to share his experience and ideas with us. Our special guest this month: Mário Patrocinio, director. Mário is a passionate "storyteller" known for his cinematic, raw and emotive human portraits across film, documentary, advertising and branded content. In the year 2017 Mário was chosen to participate in the Berlinale Talents and joined the International Festival of Creativity El Ojo de Iberoamérica and the International Advertising Award at Film Craft at New York Festivals World’s Best Advertising as a Jury. Versatility is what defines Mário; the flexibility of working in various formats, the spontaneity and the emotional focus to direct actors and capture real people, telling a carefully crafted story with an engaging cinematic aesthetic. Mário has developed internationally acclaimed documentaries such as the Complex Parallel Universe, I Love Kuduro, Mission Papoa, The McNamara Surf Trip, The Surfing Angel. He created innovative content for some of the world's largest advertising agencies of the likes of J. Walter Thompson, FCB, McCann, Fullsix, for a wide and diverse range of brands such as Mercedes, Nike, Coca-Cola, Nivea, L'Oreal Paris, BMW, Audi, Sata Airlines, Visa, Universal Music, Sony Music Red Bull, EMI, Nestlé, Unitel, Galp Energy, and Vodafone. His work with brands has won a number of prestigious awards including a Golden and Silver Lion at Cannes, honorable mentions at multiple festivals, and several Gold, Silver and Bronze awards at the Portuguese Lusophone Creativity Awards, as well as the Grand Prix for Best Campaign Film of 2017 from the Creative Club of Portugal, representative of the Art Directors Club of Europe, with the campaign "Leave Everything in the Field - Euro" for Galp Energia, and a Clio and Eurobest award for the film Cobblestone Riders amongst others. Resident in Lisbon, the director currently develops national and international projects for Cinema, TV and Web. -------------------------- Sobre o SEGUNDA SEGUNDA: Em Março de 2015 um grupo de realizadores e produtores independentes de São Paulo convocou pessoas da cena artística e audiovisual para um encontro mensal com o intuito de trocar idéias sobre projetos. Assim foi criado um espaço onde qualquer pessoa interessada em audiovisual e de qualquer idade possa conversar abertamente sobre seus projetos, aspirações profissionais, encontrar parceiros para uma filmagem ou só bater um papo mesmo. Realizadores, produtores, atores, músicos, guionistas, editores, fotógrafos do Teatro, Cinema, TV, Publicidade e Internet...a lista de pessoas interessadas é enorme e agora chegamos em Lisboa para expandir nossa iniciativa!
