Boxing Fitness Class and Yoga 

6.30pm - 7.30pm Boxing
7.30pm - 9pm Yoga 

You can join one class or both.  Each class costs 5 euros and there is no need to book.  

We start the class with an intense warm-up, using exercises for a complete cardio workout, strengthening and toning different muscle groups. What are the benefits of regular training: 

- Release toxins
- Increase stamina
- Strengthen body (legs, abdominals, shoulders)
- Improve your sleep
- Release the stress of the day

At the end of the class, you will feel balanced and grounded. 

Depending on the number of people who attend, we can also introduce boxing techniques - progressing each week. 

Directly after the class there is a yoga class designed to stretch your tired muscles and relax the body fully with simple breathing exercises.  

Its the perfect combination and the best way to start your week. Boxing is taught by Gautier, Yoga by Lucia.
