Feminine Body Wisdom

Dear Women, 

this workshop is an invitation for all women who would like to explore and dive into their Feminine Body Wisdom in a safe and empowering way. 
We are going to explore Our Bodies as Sacred Temples that hold deep feminine wisdom and let ourselves be guided by them to come into our Full Expression of Feminine Power and Beauty. 

The aim of this workshop is to awaken and fully connect to our root energy, our base chakra, the seat of our life force and sexual energy. We are going to explore the following themes:

-	Our body image
-	Embracing our desires 
-	The Elements as a gate to our sensuality
-	Our Life and Death cycle

We are going to create a sacred circle where we will explore these topics by sharing, breathing exercises, pelvic muscle work, dance, drumming, sounding and meditation to fully feel and connect to our roots.
