Baile da Primavera na Quinta dos 7 Nomes

Baile da Primavera será um evento ao ar livre na Quinta dos 7 Nomes. A entrada tem o valor de 10 <3 , que incluem um almoço (sopa, prato e chá tudo biológico e confecionado no Café da Quinta)
Vamos celebrar a chegada da Primavera com uma visita à Quinta pelas 11h com a Isabel Castanheira e depois um almoço ao ar livre, se o tempo assim nos proporcionar. De seguida a nossa querida Raine North dár-nos-á a conhecer a medicina nas plantas da nossa horta em inglês e com tradução para português- (se alguém assim desejar). Se há alguém que gosta realmente da arte do Bonsai é o Gonçalo Dantas, que tem imensas plantas transformadas em pequenas árvores e portanto tem muito que partilhar com vocês às 16h. E porque isto é um Baile não pode nunca faltar Dança! Sofia Ferreira vai-nos incentivar a dar uns passitos de dança a partir das 17h. A Marta Rosa é vegetariana e falar-nos-á da relação entre o vegetarianismo e a espiritualidade, dois pontos intimamente ligados, apareçam para ouvi-la Às 18h. Podes trazer jantar para partilhar, para ti ou podes jantar no Café da Quinta é preciso ter a barriga aconchegada para ouvir as histórias contadas pela querida Luísa Barreto à fogueira. A seguir vem o Concerto de Saxofone do nosso amigo James!!

Spring Ball will be a open air event in Quinta dos 7 Nomes.
Entries cost 10 <3, which include one lunch (soup, main dish and tea which are organic and prepared in the Café da Quinta) 
We are going to celebrate the arrival of Spring with a walk through the Quinta starting at 11h guided by Isabel and then will have a open air lunch time if the weather allows us.
Right after we will have a Herbalim Workshop with our dearest Raine North who will tell us more about the healing powers from the herbs from the Quinta which will be in English with a native who will traduce her words into Portuguese if needed. 
We have a Bonsai Lover who is a main pillar from the transformation within the Quinta - Gonçalo Dantas - who has several tiny trees that he has creatively transformed from normal tree and bushes cuttings and he will be sharing his knowledge with us at 16h.
We will also have a friend who we help us out with the dancing - Sofia Ferreira - as this is will be a Ball and there is no Ball without the Dancing. She will be available around 17h. 
Marta Rosa is a vegetarian friend who will talk about the link between vegetarianism and spirituality - two interdependent concepts - come to listen to what she has to share with us at 18h. 
You can bring dinner to share or for you to have or even come to the Café da Quinta. It will be nice to have a happy belly while listening to the stories which will be brought by our lovely Luisa Barreto around the fire.
Next will come James to cherish us with some melodies from the Heart with the Saxofone!!!
