Are you studying too much or are your muscles sore after all the hours of surfing and partying? Come to stretch and relax to our open yoga class!
Yoga works as a connection between mind and body. Practicing yoga makes you not only more flexible, but it also helps you to build strenght and balance.
We will flow together close to Marques de Pombal.
WHAT YOU NEED
Comfy clothes and good mood.
(If you have your own yoga mat, you can take it with you.)
